Job Description:
DATA QUALITY COORDINATOR
An opportunity to join an independent wealth management firm on a 6-month fixed-term contract in a key data-focused role, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of critical business information. You will be responsible for monitoring data quality, identifying improvements, and working closely with internal teams to maintain high standards of data management and compliance.

DATA QUALITY COORDINATOR ROLE:
*Reviewing, validating and maintaining the accuracy of client and business data across internal systems
*Liaising with internal stakeholders and, where required, clients to verify, clarify or update records
*Ensuring data is captured in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and data governance standards
*Setting and applying rules and controls for how data is entered, maintained and updated
*Identifying data inconsistencies, gaps or inaccuracies and taking appropriate corrective action
*Supporting data remediation and transformation projects within the Projects team
*Maintaining clear audit trails and documentation to evidence data accuracy and compliance
*Escalating data quality issues or risks that could result in regulatory or compliance impacts
*Working closely with the Head of Transformation and wider project stakeholders to meet project timelines
DATA QUALITY COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
*Bringing previous experience in data quality, data governance, operations or project support roles
*Bringing client-facing experience where accuracy and professionalism are critical
*Demonstrating background or understanding of private wealth management, financial services or regulated environments
*Working with sensitive client data and compliance-driven processes
*Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
*Applying strong analytical and data validation skills
*Communicating confidently and professionally with clients and internal teams
*Understanding data governance, compliance and regulatory considerations
*Working methodically and managing large volumes of data
*Operating effectively in a project-based, deadline-driven environment
*Taking a proactive, solutions-focused approach to identifying and resolving data issues
*Bringing strong organisational skills and prioritising tasks effectively
