They are currently looking for a Sales or Lettings Negotiator to be a part of their busy and successful team. Personal specification:
*Some experience within property would be beneficial but is not essential
*Natural sales skills that can be developed
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work within a team as well as with autonomy
*Initiative, drive & ambition
*Motivation to succeed
*Intention to continue with role-specific education and training
*IT skills including Microsoft Office
*Full UK driving licence and your own car.
The package for this role will include a basic salary of £21,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, with on target earnings of £30,000 to £40,000. A mileage allowance will be paid. Our client will support and pay the costs for relevant qualifications and career development.
You will be working a 5 day week, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
