Job Description:
Reed Accountancy are delighted to be supporting our Coventry bases client with the recruitment of a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
*Matching, batching and coding invoices
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
*Managing the purchase ledger inbox and responding to supplier queries promptly
*Preparing payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid within agreed terms
*Supporting month-end processes related to accounts payable
*Maintaining organised and up-to-date financial records
*Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth invoice approvals
You will have previous experience with Purchase Ledger and ideally SAGE 50, in addition to good or immediate availability.
This position is temporary and will be for a minimum of 4 weeks.


This assignment is office-based for the full duration
Own transport is essential due to the location
