Job Description:
Position: B2B Telesales Executive
Location: Central Cardiff Centre
Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped bonus (realistic OTE £40,000)


A leading recruitment agency is currently working with a successful and growing client in Cardiff City Centre who is expanding their New Business Sales team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to confident and motivated B2B Telesales Executives to join a high-energy, performance-driven environment.


The successful candidates will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries and conducting structured outbound sales activity, guiding potential clients from first contact through to conversion.


Responsibilities:


*Handling inbound leads and qualifying new business opportunities
*Making structured outbound calls to engage potential clients
*Building rapport quickly and delivering professional sales conversations
*Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and revenue targets
*Accurately updating CRM systems and managing follow-ups
*Maintaining high standards of compliance, quality and customer experience
*Working collaboratively within a supportive and performance-focused team


Essential experience and skills:


*Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
*Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
*Comfortable working to targets, KPIs and structured processes
*Exposure to telesales, outbound calling or lead handling
*Strong communication skills with a positive, resilient attitude
*Organised, reliable and able to manage follow-up actions
*Basic CRM experience (or the ability to learn quickly)
*Willingness to learn, take feedback and develop sales skills
