We are supporting our major global fintech client in the search for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Senior Vice President (and potentially one VP) within an international product organisation. This fully remote, 40-hour-per-week contract (initial 3 months, with potential extension subject to business needs) requires someone who can independently manage complex global calendars, coordinate high-level meetings and events, handle expenses and complex travel, support headcount tracking and hiring coordination, and prepare executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations. You may act as a delegate in internal systems and will be trusted to manage highly confidential matters with discretion.

Candidates must have prior experience within fintech or financial services. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, stays two steps ahead of shifting priorities, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and takes full ownership of tasks through to resolution.
