Housing Solutions Review Officer – LambethWe are currently seeking an experienced Housing Solutions Review Officer to support homelessness review functions across the Lambeth area.
Working Arrangement*Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office
*Flexibility may be available as the contract progresses
Contract Details*Rate: £35.20 per hour
*Contract Length: 6+ months (ongoing)
Role ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Conducting Homelessness Part 7 Section 202 reviews, ensuring statutory compliance
*Applying a strong working knowledge of the Review Regulations
*Producing high-quality written decisions within required timeframes
*Ensuring fair, thorough, and legally robust review outcomes
Essential Requirements*Proven experience undertaking s202 homelessness reviews
*Strong understanding of the Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Reduction Act, and relevant Review Regulations
*Previous experience working within a Local Authority housing options or homelessness service
