As an Automotive Warranty Auditor, you will ensure compliance with OEM service standards, evaluate workshop processes, and provide expert recommendations to enhance warranty accuracy and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive warranty audits in line with OEM service standards and guidelines
* Evaluate and analyse workshop and service processes to ensure compliance
* Identify process improvements and provide expert recommendations
* Collaborate with OEM dealers and service teams to ensure accurate warranty claims
* Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders
* Stay up to date with OEM repair technologies and automotive advancements
* Utilise MS Office and related systems to document and report findings
* Maintain professionalism, integrity, and strong client relationships
