New Permanent Vacancy - Join a flourishing national company with award-winning & in-demand products, working from their local Kent/East Sussex offices!
In this role, you will have ample opportunity to use your relationship-building and management skills to expand client relationships, through providing high level service and consultative sales solutions through all channels – phone, video meetings, in-person, email and social media!
This is a newly created position, with full industry training provided, and career development opportunity – where you will become the key and lead point of contact for a portfolio of existing, lapsed and new client enquiries.
Taking the lead on :-
*Handling incoming enquiries from leads and referrals
*Proactive phone and email outreach to assigned client accounts to establish and drive relationships
*Building understanding of client needs and delivering consultative advice
*Producing and agreeing bespoke solutions
*Conducting client reviews and relationship management calls and meetings
*Delivering after sales care and ongoing account management support
*Using and assisting to develop company CRM and systems/process
Could be a great opportunity to move away from cold new business development!
£30-35,000
