Job Description:
M&A Finance Business Partner
Nottinghamshire
Hybrid working: 3 days on site, 2 from home
Salary: Highly competitive + senior manager level benefits package
We are partnering with a high growth, PE backed organisation in Nottinghamshire with an ambitious buy and build strategy and a track record of promoting from within.
This is not a passenger seat role.
It sits at the centre of the acquisition engine. You will help shape how newly acquired businesses are integrated, measured and ultimately improved. If you want exposure to real transactions, real accountability and real progression, this is worth a proper look.
The Opportunity You will play a pivotal role in maximising value from acquisitions, working across end to end deal activity and post deal integration.
This includes:
• Acting as the key finance lead across acquired businesses, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping how integration and performance is delivered
• Supporting end to end M&A execution
• Tracking performance of acquired businesses against investment cases
• Financial analysis and commercial modelling
• Leading and coordinating post deal financial integration
• Delivering PE level reporting and insight
• Driving integration and performance improvement initiatives
It is hands on. High ownership. High visibility.
You will be operating in a fast moving, acquisitive environment where good people can make a disproportionate impact.
