Sales Operations Administrator - up to £35,000 DOE
Full-time | Office Based Only | B2B Customer Support & Order Processing
We are hiring a Sales Support Administrator to join our client’s fast-paced, supportive Sales Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in B2B customer service , internal account management , sales support , or order processing who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, prioritising accuracy, and continuously improving processes.
You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day sales administration, processing orders accurately, coordinating shipments and providing excellent customer communication. It’s a varied, hands-on role where your attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure will make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing
*Managing the sales inbox and processing customer orders
*Updating customers on ETAs, stock, pricing and order changes
*Handling after-sales queries, product questions and basic troubleshooting
*Co-ordinating returns, replacements and credit notes
*Setting up new customer accounts and supporting credit checks
*Supporting marketplace and D2C order flows (Amazon, Shopify etc.)
*Booking couriers and preparing basic export/shipping paperwork
*Keeping customer records, price lists and notes accurate
*Providing general admin support to the wider team
What we’re looking for
*Experience in B2B customer service, sales support, order processing, or similar
*Confident communicator — written and verbal
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment
*Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
*Able to work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Warehouse and Operations
*Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems (training provided)

This is a fully office-based role near Hoddesdon/Harlow. You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to commute reliably.
