A highly regarded UK law firm, who are consistently ranked among The Times Best 250 Law Firms, is expanding its Medical Negligence team and is seeking experienced Grade B and Grade C Solicitors to join their Manchester team. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
*Manage a varied and high-quality caseload of clinical negligence matters from instruction to resolution.
*Work closely with clients, medical experts and counsel to secure the best possible outcomes.
*Work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
*Contribute to larger group actions and high-profile cases alongside senior colleagues.
*Play a meaningful role in securing justice for clients.
What we are looking for:
*A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence.
*Strong knowledge of the pre-action protocol for clinical disputes and the CPR.
*The ability to analyse and interpret complex medical evidence.
*Experience using case management systems.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*A compassionate, client-focused approach.
*Membership of the AvMA, the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel or APIL is desirable.
