An accomplished Senior Project Manager is sought by a leading Central London construction consultancy specialising in high-value residential and commercial developments. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex schemes up to £150m in value. The Senior Project Manager will operate as the primary client contact and oversee full project lifecycle delivery. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
This role offers the opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to take strategic ownership of prestigious London projects while mentoring junior team members and contributing to business growth.
The Senior Project Manager’s role The Senior Project Manager will:
* Lead large-scale prime residential and commercial schemes

* Develop procurement and delivery strategies

* Manage consultant appointments and performance

* Administer and manage JCT building contracts

* Oversee contractor performance and compliance

* Monitor programme, cost and quality benchmarks

* Manage risk registers and value engineering exercises

* Chair client and stakeholder meetings

* Liaise with funders, tenants and local authorities

* Provide strategic project reporting

* Support business development initiatives

The Senior Project Manager The Senior Project Manager will have:
* 8+ years’ consultancy experience

* MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM (essential)

* Demonstrable experience delivering £50m+ schemes

* Strong leadership and mentoring ability

* Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge

* Experience managing high-profile London clients
