Location: Heart of Theatreland, London (Remote or Hybrid)
Duration: 2–4 weeks initially (potential to extend)
Start Date: Immediate
Are you a social media whizz who can hit the ground running? An exciting entertainment company based in the heart of London’s Theatreland is looking for a Temporary Social Media Executive to support their busy marketing team during a key campaign period.
This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple social platforms in a fast-paced creative environment.
�? The Role
You’ll provide hands-on support across their social channels, helping ensure content is delivered on time, on brand, and engaging their audiences.
?? Key Responsibilities
*Scheduling and publishing social media posts across platforms
*Resizing and preparing images for social media use
*Responding to audience comments and messages in line with brand tone
*Pulling and compiling performance data from social media platforms
*Assisting with reporting and campaign tracking
*Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as required
?? What They’re Looking For
*Available to start immediately
*Previous experience managing or supporting social media accounts
*Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok
*Confident using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.)
*Basic image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently
? Bonus If You Have:
*Experience in entertainment, theatre, live events or hospitality
*Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards
*A creative eye and strong copywriting skills
?? Working Arrangement
Flexible — remote or hybrid from their central London office in Theatreland.
