An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a prestigious, high-performance automotive brand based in Aberdeen. This is a temporary-to-permanent position with an immediate start, offering the chance to secure a long-term career within a premium dealership environment.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience.
Working Hours * Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 (1 hour lunch)
* Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 (1 in 3 rota)
The Role As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless journey from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities: * Acting as the primary contact for customers regarding servicing and repairs
* Scheduling appointments and coordinating workshop activity
* Providing clear and accurate repair estimates
* Explaining technical information in a professional and customer-friendly manner
* Managing invoicing and service documentation
* Resolving queries and concerns efficiently and professionally
* Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services where appropriate
About You * Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Confident working in a fast-paced dealership environment
What’s On Offer * £30,000 basic salary
