We are a market-leading agency in the education sector, partnering with primary schools across West Sussex to provide day-to-day supply and short-term teacher cover. This role is ideal for passionate educators who value flexibility week by week.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide specialised subject cover or general teaching assistance in the absence of regular staff members.
*Work across various locations including Crawley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, East Grinstead
*Adapt to different educational environments and maintain high teaching standards.
*Utilise strong communication and organisational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
*Engage with students to foster a positive learning environment and contribute to their academic growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications such as PGCE, QTLS.
*A minimum of 3 months’ UK teaching experience within the past 4 years, including university placements.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Commitment to professional standards and student development.
*Right to work in the UK.
