Description
*Handling customer enquiries and managing sales of garage doors and associated products
*Responding promptly and professionally to email correspondence
*Managing telephone enquiries from customers, colleagues, and suppliers
*Providing face-to-face customer service and support
*Performing occasional heavy lifting as part of daily duties
*Checking delivered goods for correct quantities and condition against delivery notes
*Hours - Monday - Friday 7.30 - 5.00pm plus Saturday 9.00 - 12.30pm on a rota basis.
Profile
*Previous experience in a similar role within construction
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Proficiency in using office software and systems.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000
