Job Description:
Our client a highly reputable and growing, boutique recruitment organisation based in the City is looking to grow their support team with the addition of an Administration Assistant on a 12 month contract with a view to going permanent at end of contract. Working alongside others you will provide support to consultants formatting documents, managing the database in terms of uploading documents, database cleansing and ensuring all is to standard. You will also undertake compliance checks, RTW and reference checking on candidates. This is a role for an individual who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail and is a strong team player.
Responsibilities:
*Supporting a team with formatting and proofing documents
*Manage the database, uploading documents, data cleansing and overseeing procedures
*Compliance administration in terms of performing RTW checks, referencing and company checks.
*Updating spreadsheets and progress reports.
*Ad hoc team support, arranging meetings and putting together information packs
The ideal candidate will have:
*Excellent Microsoft office skills to format documents to a high standard
*Strong attention to detail to identify formatting inaccuracies and to maintain high standards in database management
*Enjoys working in and contributing to a team environment
*Experience of a recruitment/on boarding procedures would be advantageous
