Job Description:
Team Administrator able to take minutes
Join our team and provide high-quality administrative support that helps us deliver vital services for children, young people and families.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate multi-agency meetings, prepare documents and take accurate minutes.
*Arrange appointments, travel and interpreters for social care staff.
*Maintain duty calendars and support managers with data, statistics and absence tracking.
*Upload and manage case file documents on internal systems.
*Act as the team’s first point of contact, handling calls and enquiries.
*Liaise with internal teams and external agencies.
*Process invoices, requisitions and track DBS, medical and reference checks.
*Support panels, new starters, inductions and IT equipment management.
*Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and contribute to a positive, child-focused team culture.

*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work proactively
*Confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate records
*A team player who embodies our values and supports high-quality service delivery
