Package
*Basic Salary in the region of £30k. OTE £34,000
*Monday to Friday working with the hours 9am - 5pm.

With already gained experience in the residential property industry and ready to hit the floor running, you will be providing a smooth and seamless lettings to property management journey handling a portfolio of around 100 properties.


Main Areas of the role (not exhaustive)
*Property viewings and qualifying tenants in preparation of tenancy set ups agreed with landlords.
*Ad hoc and routine maintenance & inspections
*Property Reporting
*Move Ins/Outs and perform required checks & deposit handling
*Rent reviews
*New Business
