Key responsibilities
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales and delivering exceptional customer service from instruction through to completion.
*Registering and qualifying buyers
*Booking and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
*Generating new valuations and instructions
*Progressing agreed sales through to completion
*Maintaining regular communication with clients
*Meeting and exceeding sales targets
*Keeping CRM systems up to date
*Supporting the Branch Manager and wider team


Skills & experience
*Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
*Positive, professional and well-presented
*Target-driven with a motivated attitude
*Organised and able to manage a busy workload
*Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone and face-to-face
*Strong customer service skills
*Ability to build rapport quickly
*Basic IT skills and confidence using CRM systems
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Previous estate agency or sales experience is advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided for the right candidate.
