Financial Services Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a well-established advisory team. This role supports financial advisers in the administration and servicing of pension and wealth management client portfolios. It offers the opportunity to work closely with advisers, build technical expertise, and contribute to delivering a high standard of client service.
Key Requirements*Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services administration, ideally within pensions or wealth management
*Strong understanding of financial products and portfolio administration
*Experience supporting senior advisers or leadership teams advantageous
*Excellent communication and client service skills
*High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
*Able to work both collaboratively and independently
Key Responsibilities*Administer and maintain pension and investment client portfolios
*Support advisers in the day-to-day management of client accounts
*Respond to client queries and ensure service standards are maintained
*Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and internal processes
*Provide administrative support including documentation preparation, workflow coordination, and meeting arrangements
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry requirements and best practice
