Are you a successful recruitment consultant who is not earning the level of income you feel you deserve?
Would you like autonomy to work hours that match your lifestyle and/or move away from a KPI culture?
Well, come and join us as a Recruitment Director within our specialist market division. You will operate under an employment contract and receive 70% of your billings. As an example, billings of £15k per month will generate an annual income of £126,000.
You will be provided with full operational and administrative support, be issued with a mobile and, laptop, and receive a pension, life cover, and wider benefits. You will also have the option of working from home, hybri,d or from our Bournemouth office. Our training program is market-leading and will support your ongoing career development across both contingency and executive search.
Whilst we are open to exploratory conversation with all successful recruitment consultants, we would be particularly interested in speaking to individuals operating within the IT & Technology, Software, Legal, Cyber Security, Defence, and Renewables & Life Sciences markets.
