Key responsibilities
*Produce thorough client planning reports, illustrations, and meeting packs to support adviser discussions
*Conduct research on investments, products, and strategies; assess suitability and risk
*Develop and maintain cashflow models, scenarios, and long-term financial projections
*Draft technical notes and draft recommendations for review by advisers and stakeholders
*Ensure documentation complies with regulatory standards and internal quality controls
*Coordinate with clients to gather required information and maintain accurate case files
*Collaborate with the planning team to streamline processes and improve client outcomes
The ideal profile
*Experience in paraplanning or financial planning support, with a track record of high-quality client-facing materials
*Proficiency with financial planning software, cashflow modelling tools, and data interpretation
*Strong written and verbal communication; excellent organisational skills
*Attention to detail, a compliance-aware mindset, and the ability to manage multiple cases
*Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in professional development and progression into more senior technical roles
