Job Description:
German-Speaking EA
I am currently seeking a polished, proactive and personable EA who is fluent in German (written and verbal), with strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, to join a well-regarded professional services firm in the city.
The role is offering up to £65k DOE, plus a discretionary bonus.
Who you are:
*Fluent in German (written and verbal)
*Proactive, polished and personable
*Experience within a professional services firm
What You’ll Do:
*Provide proactive support to senior executives
*Manage complex diaries and scheduling
*Prepare presentations and documents (PowerPoint)
*Coordinate travel and itineraries
*Handle correspondence with discretion
*Process expenses and administrative tasks
*Support ad hoc projects as required
