Senior Customer Service Advisor needed in Cambridge Paying £18.26 per hr ref 5290022
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
*Handling complex enquiries related to Council Tax, Housing Benefit, and Council Tax Benefit.
*Providing guidance and support to Customer Service Advisors, acting as the first point of escalation.
*Delivering high-quality, accurate information to customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and face-to-face.
*Using the Northgate SX3 system daily to process cases, check customer records, update information, and investigate issues.
*Supporting training and mentoring of new staff.
*Ensuring service standards, performance targets, and compliance requirements are met.
*Managing sensitive and confidential information in line with legislation and policy.
*Assisting with service improvements and contributing to team development.
