Job Description:
Interim International Finance Business Partner
6-month contract | £360/day | IR35 TBC | Leicester - 5 days on site
Gleeson are delighted to be supporting an established international e-commerce organisation in the recruitment of an experienced Interim International Finance Business Partner to support its growing global operations. This role sits within a cash accounting function and partners closely with operational and commercial teams across multiple international entities.

Key responsibilities of Interim International Finance Business Partner
* Lead, mentor and coordinate a team of onshore and offshore accountants (c. 7 heads)
* Oversee cash accounting controls, debtor movements and reconciliations
* Monitor daily cashflow from payment providers
* Support forecasting, reporting and tender cost analysis at country/entity level
* Manage VAT records and ensure compliance across new initiatives
* Review FX charges and support optimisation
* Liaise with external auditors across multiple local entity audits
* Manage relationships with third-party service providers and stakeholders
Requirements
* Relevant business partnering experience is essential
* Proven background in fast-paced, complex environments is essential
* Strong experience in cash, controls and international finance operations
*Proactive, solutions-focused and confident influencing stakeholders
* Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
This is a hands-on interim role offering broad exposure across international finance, operations and stakeholder management.
