As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:
*Basic salary of up to £32,000
*OTE of up to £60,000

As a Branch Manager, your duties will be:
*Build, support and develop a high-performing team
*Maximise revenue opportunities and drive overall branch profitability
*Proactively generate new business and nurture strong client relationships
*Maintain the highest levels of customer service and brand representation
*Conduct Market Appraisals confidently and professionally
*Follow up on leads both over the phone and face-to-face
*Train, coach and mentor staff to reach their full potential
*Negotiate offers successfully and close deals
*Register applicants, greet customers and create outstanding client experiences
*Carry out viewings when required
Requirements for the role of Branch Manager:
*Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within Estate Agency
*Ideally, have a strong knowledge of the Stowmarket property market
*Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful team
*A strong track record of winning instructions and driving business growth
*Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
*Sales-driven mindset with real energy, ambition, and a proactive attitude
*Positive, forward-thinking approach to generating new business
*Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
