Finance Assistant
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid Working Available)

We’re seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely financial information while supporting key stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
*Analyse cash flow and investigate variances against budget
*Record bank payments and ensure accurate coding of P&L transactions
*Support monthly WIP submissions and prepare related journals
*Assist with month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, and board pack preparation
*Process monthly credit card statements and partner payments
*Contribute to gross margin analysis and key account management
*Maintain finance intranet content and assist with ad-hoc projects

*Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and professional approach
*High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
