Our client, a highly respected and successful independent Estate Agency, is expanding and looking for a driven, motivated Sales Valuer to join their thriving Stowmarket team.

The role
As a Sales Valuer, your primary responsibility is to generate valuation leads, attend valuations, and convert opportunities into new instructions, all while delivering a first-class customer experience.
You’ll be the face of the business, using your market knowledge and sales skills to build trust, win business, and help grow market share.
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
*Basic salary up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
*OTE of £50,000+
*A guaranteed income for the first few months to support your transition
*Clear career progression opportunities
*Ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
*Business mileage covered
We’re looking for a Sales Valuer with:
*At least 1 year of experience in residential property valuing/listing
*Ideally, strong knowledge of the Stowmarket property market
*A highly driven, target-focused, and self-motivated attitude
*Professional presentation and a confident, personable approach
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Key responsibilities for the role of Sales Valuer:
*Deliver accurate, well-researched market valuations using the latest data and comparables
*Showcase expert knowledge of the local property market
*Proactively seek out and generate new business opportunities
*Win new instructions and help increase the agency’s market share
*Handle associated administrative tasks efficiently and professionally
