Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £25,000–£32,000 DOE
Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days WFH
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join a well-established, FCA-regulated wealth management firm in Chelmsford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator who enjoys being central to the client journey and supporting Financial Planners and Wealth Client Executives with high-quality, accurate and efficient administration.
The firm operates a flexible hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in the Chelmsford office and 3 days working from home.
The RoleWorking within the Client Services team and reporting to the Client Support Team Leader, this position plays a key role in delivering an excellent end-to-end experience for clients.
Responsibilities include:
*Preparing annual review meeting packs and producing portfolio reports
*Processing new business applications and client instruction requests in line with agreed SLAs
*Chasing and collating Letters of Authority and liaising with product providers
*Packaging and dispatching financial planning reports
*Maintaining accurate back-office and platform records, ensuring strong audit trails
*Producing client fee invoices
*Proactively reviewing platform accounts and MI reports
*Supporting audits and ensuring FCA and compliance procedures are adhered to
*Identifying and suggesting process improvements
You will work closely with colleagues across the business, contribute to weekly planning meetings, and support wider team initiatives.
About YouPrevious Financial Services experience is essential.
This role would suit someone currently working within financial planning, wealth management or a similar regulated environment.
