Key Responsibilities
*Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and equipment inspections.
*Diagnose mechanical or plumbing faults and perform timely repairs.
*Complete planned preventive maintenance tasks.
*Work alongside production teams to address urgent maintenance issues.
*Maintain simple maintenance logs and documentation.
*Assist with the installation and testing of new machinery.
*Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards.
*Manage spare parts and liaise with external contractors when required.
Desirable Skills & Experience
*Experience in maintenance, mechanical work, or plumbing (industrial environment preferred). Plumbing experience is preferred, but applicants with general maintenance skills will also be considered for a junior-level position.
*Qualifications such as City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent).
*Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
*Effective communication and teamwork skills.
*Willingness to work overtime when required.
*Physically fit and confident with hands-on tasks.
