Job Description:
Purpose:
Act as the on-site presence for our clients brand new student development in Glasgow.
Key Duties:
*Secure bookings via viewings, enquiries, and events.
*Deliver outstanding service
*Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
*Track leads, update CRM, and report on performance.
*Maintain property standards for tours/events.
Skills & Qualities:
*Customer service & sales-focused
*Strong communication, organisation, and social media skills.
*Confident in tours, live streams, events, and resident engagement.
*Positive, proactive, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced settings.
Experience:
*1+ year in sales role.
*Skilled customer interaction techniques and social media platforms.
*Desirable: event planning, marketing, or student sector experience
