Royalties Administrator – Publishing
Salary: £31,000–£33,000
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office

We’re working in partnership with a highly respected and award-winning publishing house with an outstanding reputation in the industry. They are now looking to appoint a Royalties Administrator to join their established team on a permanent basis.

The royalties team plays a central role in maintaining trusted relationships with authors and agents, and you’ll be part of a knowledgeable and supportive function where your contribution is recognised.

What you’ll be doing:
*Reading and interpreting author contracts to extract key royalty information, including advances
*Setting up and maintaining accurate contractual and payment details (banking, VAT and tax information)
*Reviewing and resolving monthly royalty exceptions
*Liaising with authors, agents and internal teams including Finance, Contracts and Editorial
*Supporting ongoing improvements to processes within the royalties team

What we’re looking for:
*Previous royalties experience
*Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy
*Clear, confident communication skills
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines
*Good Excel skills
*Experience using KEA or Biblio (desirable)
