Higher Level teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Greenwich
Start Date: 02/03/2026
Contract: Full Time - Term Time Only
Are you an enthusiastic and skilled HLTA looking to make an impact in a vibrant school community within The London Borough of Greenwich? Tradeind are seeking a confident, motivated and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to joining a friendly staff team at a Primary School in Greenwich.
As the HLTA across the school, you will;
*Lead learning activities across the school including whole class cover when required
*Support teachers in planning, preparation and assessment
*Deliver Target Interventions to help pupils progress
*Work closely with children of varying abilities including those with SEN
*Contribute to a positive learning environment

*Hold HLTA status
*Have strong classroom management and communication skills
*Are confident with leading groups
*Are passionate about supporting children’s learning
*Work collaboratively as a team
