Imperium Financial Recruitment are working on behalf of a major firm of accountants based in Manchester who are seeking to appoint an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their expanding restructuring and insolvency team.

The RoleYou will manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure, working closely with Insolvency Practitioners and senior staff to ensure cases are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities*Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and Liquidations
*Preparing statutory documentation and case reports
*Liaising with creditors, directors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
*Assisting with asset realisations and investigations
*Supporting case progression from pre-appointment through to closure
*Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation
*Drafting correspondence and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Requirements*Previous experience working within corporate insolvency administration
*Strong understanding of insolvency procedures and legislation
*Ability to manage multiple cases and work to deadlines
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Experience using IPS, Virtual Cabinet, or similar insolvency software is desirable
