Product Manager – Temp to Perm

Ready to take your technical or creative background to the next level? We’re looking for someone curious, hands-on, and eager to learn to step into a Product Manager role — and you do not need previous product management experience.
If you enjoy problem-solving, creating smart product or packaging solutions, and working closely with fast-paced manufacturing teams, this could be the perfect development opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play an important part in bringing new consumer products to life, supporting them from early concept through to production.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Developing new product and packaging concepts
*Creating cutter guides and detailed product specifications
*Setting up and maintaining product data in ERP/PIM systems
*Coordinating product launches from design through to production readiness
*Defining pallet configurations and logistics requirements
*Working with production teams to ensure designs run smoothly on machinery
*Managing product updates, improvements, and full lifecycle changes
*Ensuring documentation is accurate, clear, and production-ready
*Collaborating with sales, operations, procurement, and manufacturing
*Supporting improvements in product and packaging efficiency
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior Product Manager experience — full training will be provided.

What matters is a technical mindset, creativity, and the drive to learn.
Essential:
*Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods or similar
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to understand technical product information
*Comfortable working with internal systems and data
*Creative, practical and solutions-focused
Ideal (not essential):
*CAD experience and/or cutter guide creation experience
*Packaging or print production knowledge
*Understanding of manufacturing processes or machine speeds
