Job Description:
Installations Manager – Rotherham - £40,000 - £50,000
We are seeking an experienced Installations Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end installation process for products. This role ensures efficiency, quality, and compliance with health & safety regulations, while leading and supporting installation teams to deliver high-standard projects on time and within budget.
You will be the key point of contact for installation coordinators, subcontracted trades, and internal stakeholders, resolving site issues, approving materials, and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Responsibilities will include:
*Daily management of the Installation Coordinators
*Oversee all active projects
*Providing expert technical support to the wider team
*Approve and order additional products and materials when required
*Resolve all site issues in a timely manner - completing site visits when required
*Communicate with relevant departments within the wider business regarding job statuses
*Manage customer debt ensuring it is kept to a minimum
*Ensure all projects are adequately controlled
*Ensure that subcontractors comply with ’Code of Conduct’
*Ensure that installation teams have adequate supplies of Uniform and PPE
*Be the main point of contact for our designated Building Control company
*Ensure Health and Safety and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in a similar role
*Construction/Home Improvements/Fenestration knowledge
*Good Health and Safety and CDM knowledge
*People management experience
