Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Thirsk
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Temporary (Maternity cover) with potential to go permanent
Responsibilities:
*Updating pricing
*Reception duties
*Managing purchase orders
*Answering phones
*Processing sales orders
*Updating order books
*Coordinating with the sales team
*Maintaining customer records
*Handling customer inquiries and complaints
*General administrative tasks
Requirements:
*Strong organisational skills
*Excellent communication abilities
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Previous administrative experience is a plus
*Confident over the phone and in person
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
*Attention to detail and accuracy
