Telesales Executive
£20,000 to £25,000 salary and £50,000 OTE
O’Loughlin Recruitment are working with a Stamford based business to recruit a Telesales Executive. This role is perfect for someone confident on the phone, skilled at engaging decision-makers, and experienced in booking qualified appointments for sales teams.


Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients
• Book qualified appointments for field-based salespeople
• Build rapport and handle objections professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Work to targets and KPIs, supporting overall sales growth


Experience Required
• Proven experience in telesales or appointment setting
• Track record of booking appointments for sales teams
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Ability to engage decision-makers quickly
• Experience using CRM systems
