We’re recruiting for a Night Warehouse operative to join a well-established and supportive operation based in Wetherby.
This is a rare opportunity to learn specialist skills, receive full training, and progress within a business that truly values its people.
Role: Night Warehouse operative
Location: Wetherby
Salary: £26,000 (increase after 3-month probation)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7pm-7am.
Key Responsibilities
*Check orders, handle correctly, maintain accuracy and ensure warehouse standards are met
*Prepare materials ready for production
*Process order cards and operate the warehouse
*Rectify stoppages, locate missing ends, and identify issues
*Run the full production process
*Maintain accurate documentation and understand yarn identification
What We’re Looking For
*Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
*Good practical skills and ability to follow instructions
*Reliable, positive, and safety-conscious
*Experience within warehouse or production is useful but not essential
What You’ll Receive
*£26k starting salary with pay increase after probation
*Day shifts only with early 3pm finish
*Full training given
