We are seeking a mature, independent, and commercially minded professional to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy office operation in Kingston.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on autonomy, takes initiative, and enjoys driving both operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee the daily management and smooth running of a busy office environment
*Market and let vacant office space to prospective tenants
*Conduct viewings and negotiate rental agreements
*Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients
*Initiate, manage, and grow social media marketing campaigns to generate enquiries
*Develop innovative marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates
*Monitor performance metrics and contribute to business growth initiatives
*Maintain high presentation standards across the premises
About You
*Mature, self-motivated, and highly organised
*Confident working independently with minimal supervision
*Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
*Proven experience in property lettings, office management, or commercial property preferred
*Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Results-driven with a proactive mindset
