Based at our offices in Haslingden, Lancashire, we are seeking to appoint a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services Assistant to act as the primary point of contact for our customers across all aspects of service and customer care.
Role Overview:
Working in a small team you will act as the primary representative regarding communication to the Customer for all aspects of service and Customer Care.

Responsibilities:
*Preparing of quotations.
*Processing orders.
*Handling Customers queries.
*Raising Credit notes.
*Develop and maintain appropriate product knowledge.
*Complete understanding of pricing.
*Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts and enquiries.
*Basic Product Knowledge.
Requirements:
*Be proficient with a range of Microsoft applications.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Good numeracy skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Highly motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
*Ability to deal with all internal and external customers.
*Attention to detail is essential.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
