We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Billing Controller to join a client of ours. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial data. Responsibilities
*Prepare and process invoices using legal accounting software.
*Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with organisational policies
*Enter financial data accurately into relevant systems, maintaining organised records
*Analyse billing reports to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly
*Support telemarketing activities related to billing inquiries or client follow-ups
*Maintain professional phone etiquette when liaising with clients and internal departments.
Skills
*Previous experience within the legal industry.
*Experience in a billing role (or equivalent).
