About the role…
As a CCTV Drainage Technician, you’ll work from our custom-equipped CCTV vans and Jet Vac units, visiting a wide variety of sites — commercial, residential, industrial, rail, road and utility environments.
Your main responsibility will be carrying out CCTV surveys of drainage systems, checking the condition of pipes, analysing survey results and producing clear, accurate reports. You’ll sometimes work alongside Jetting Units, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the quality standards expected.
You’ll follow instructions from on-site Engineers while also using your own initiative when needed.
This is a full-time, permanent role with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills.
As a CCTV Drainage Technician you will…
Ensure safe working practices in line with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards

Follow all company policies and report any site incidents promptly

Assist Engineers and work closely as part of the on-site team

Contribute to swift problem-solving and prevent issues from escalating

Produce high-quality survey results, reports and feedback

Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues

Be flexible with early starts, weekend work and out-of-hours shifts, as required in a 24/7 operation
About you…
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys practical, technical work and wants to develop experience using CCTV and jetting equipment such as MiniCam Proteus, JetVac or Recycler units.
A full clean UK driving licence is essential.
Experience in utilities, drainage, construction or technical fieldwork is helpful — but we’re also open to candidates with transferable skills who are keen to learn.
Qualifications such as Confined Space Level 2, High-Pressure Water Jetting, CSCS and First Aid at Work are desirable, but training can be provided for the right person.
You’ll need strong Health & Safety awareness, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team in varied environments. If you’re organised, self-motivated and ready to deliver high-quality work, we’d welcome your application.
