*Previous experience in floristry is essential, retail floristry even better.
*Proficiency in English.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
*Excellent communication skills to engage with customers confidently and professionally
*Knowledge of plant care principles is beneficial.

*Designing and assembling floral arrangements tailored to customer specifications and occasions
*Assisting customers in selecting flowers and related products, offering expert advice on arrangements and plant care
*Managing stock levels.
*Maintaining the organisation and cleanliness of the shop, including display areas and workstations
*Handling deliveries and ensuring flowers are stored appropriately.
*Providing excellent customer service through clear communication and personalised recommendations.
