Technical Advisor - Langley, Berkshire | Monday to Friday hours and up to £32,000

Key Responsibilities:
As Technical Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers post-delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience. Your duties will include:
* Acting as the primary contact for service requests and technical queries
* Managing the aftersales inbox and resolving issues via phone and email
* Providing remote technical support and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical faults
* Guiding customers on correct usage, maintenance and fault finding
* Coordinating spare parts with warehouse teams
* Logging service orders onto the ERP system with accurate customer details
* Preparing service performance reports and supporting root cause analysis
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Technical Advisor, you’ll ideally have:
* A plumbing background or strong product knowledge
* Experience as an Aftersales Advisor or Technical Service Advisor
* Confidence reading technical drawings
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* An understanding of safety standards
* Excellent communication and report writing ability
* Good time management and organisational skills
* A customer-focused approach
* Flexibility to travel for site support if required
