Up to £50,000 + 10% London Weighting + Quarterly Bonus | Hybrid Working
A leading Independent Financial Planning & Investment Management firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their Hampstead office.
The firm manages £5bn+ of client assets nationwide and continues to grow, while maintaining a strong reputation for technical excellence and employee development.
The RoleYou will work closely with Chartered and Financial Planners, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning advice.
Key responsibilities include:
*Producing detailed suitability reports
*Building cashflow models
*Technical research and analysis
*Supporting advisers with complex client cases
*Ensuring compliance and accuracy across advice documentation
Requirements*CII Level 4 Diploma (essential)
*Minimum 2+ years’ paraplanning experience
*Strong technical and report writing experience
*Confident working in a fast-paced advice environment
Package*Salary up to £50,000
*10% London weighting (cash)
*Quarterly performance bonus
*Hybrid working – 3 days in office (flexible to 2 days for the right candidate)
