Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join a respected and growing firm in Nottingham. The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, offering clear progression prospects and the chance to work within a supportive, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a caseload of private client matters including:
*Wills and succession planning
*Probate and estate administration
*Trust creation and management
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Court of Protection matters

*Provide clear, empathetic and high-quality legal advice to clients.
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
*Participate in business development initiatives, networking, and maintaining referrer relationships.
*Ensure all work complies with regulatory, SRA and firm standards.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Private Client law.
*Strong technical knowledge across the full range of private client matters.
*Ability to manage your own caseload efficiently and independently.
*STEP qualification (completed or in progress) is advantageous but not essential.
