Exciting opportunity for an experienced Beauty Lecturer to join a large, well-established Further Education college in Birmingham on a temporary basis.
Position: Beauty Lecturer
Location: Birmingham, Hall Green & Longbridge
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Beauty Therapy programmes (L1–L3)
*Support learners with practical and theory-based sessions
*Assess, mark, and provide constructive feedback
*Maintain high standards of classroom management and learner progress
*Contribute to curriculum development where needed
What We’re Looking For:
*Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS/CTLLS) or willingness to work towards one
*Relevant Beauty Therapy qualifications
*Previous FE teaching experience (desirable but not essential)
*A proactive, supportive, and positive approach to teaching
