Studio Junior (Quality Control)
Location: Berkhamsted (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career within a creative, fast-paced studio environment?
An established and growing production business based in Berkhamsted is seeking a Graduate Studio Junior to join their Quality Control team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent written English, and a genuine interest in how creative projects move from concept to final production.
Full training and structured development will be provided.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in reviewing and proofing artwork before it goes to print, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with client briefs.
You’ll begin by shadowing experienced team members to learn studio processes, production workflows and quality standards. As your confidence grows, you will take ownership of reviewing live projects and become an integral part of the production lifecycle.
This role offers real exposure to:
*Studio operations
*Creative production workflows
*Quality control processes
*Cross-department collaboration
Key Responsibilities
*Proofread artwork and print materials for accuracy
*Review documents against briefs and internal guidelines
*Identify errors or inconsistencies before final sign-off
*Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries
*Maintain high standards of accuracy within deadlines
*Contribute to continuous improvement in studio processes
Ideal Profile
*Graduate (English, Marketing, Media, Design, Business etc.)
*Excellent written English and strong literacy skills
*Exceptional attention to detail

No previous studio experience required, attitude and attention to detail are key.
